Last Wednesday, we got to do something this industry almost never does: we spent the evening honoring the people who make everyone else’s biggest days magical, and for once, they got to be the guests instead of the ones holding the room together.

Six events a month, tracked in a paper calendar and a stack of handwritten notes. Monica Ventrone remembers exactly how that felt, and “crazy” is the word she uses.

Party Now started in 2019 as a rental business, one or two events a month, easy enough to hold in her head. Then it grew, and a year ago ✨ Event hall, Boutique Event Venue opened its own venue near Tampa. Now the reminders go out on their own, to her clients and to her team, and she can book an event the same day someone inquires. Email out, contract signed, first payment in.

Her line on why it matters: when you’re organized, you don’t lose money, and your customers get taken care of.
