Had one of the most delicious and unique hotpot… thought the tea in the broth would be weird but it really works and it’s so good!

I had their Yunan chicken and spicy broth as the soup base. We also got their Osmanthus Oolong Angus beef and toro beef which was so so so good and at very good price point. Also added the three color noodles and the dragon fruit shrimp paste which was very unique and tasty.

After drink so much tea.. I felt very caffeinated..lol

It’s can be a dip, salad dressing and spread for your chicken sandwich.
Got their Chimi chop salad, Chim fries, Chimichurri star, Chimichurri wing and Chimichurri chicken sandwich.

Hotpot anyone?
•
I’m always down for some hotpot especially on a rainy day. Came here to try their combo dinner set and it was more than enough. It comes with 2 meats, 2 noodles, and 2 sides. We got the *wagyu boneless shortribs and the Aust Wagyu shoulder clod and both so marble-y and buttery. The sides, we got the tiger shrimp and homemade fish paste which was my favorite! We also got their famous deep fried pork and it was so crispy and crunchy. You can also add their famous coconut pudding for an additional $4.. They are also giving scratch cards with a purchase of a dinner set. Grand prize is a Labubu, but unfortunately we didn’t win.

We got their house Hinodeya ramen, spicy miso butter corn ramen, fried oyster, takoyaki, and gyoza. The broth was so good and tasty . The noodles were firm and fresh. And the apps were so delicious. Overall, would recommend.

They have Japanese BBQ Bird sandwich, Tokyo Sesame Crunch Salad, Okonomiyaki fries, and Japanese Tender chicken tender box.

•My favorite go-to snack when I’m outdoors. Made only with 2 ingredients- salt and beef brisket.

My favorite is their spicy crab and tomato burrata toast with one of their smoothie like gingerberry or green machine.

NEW NEW NEW items , they are now serving yummy bbq skewers! They have a huge variety of different skewers. From chicken to lamb and veggies. We ordered: beef tendons, lamb, chicken leg to heart and gizzards and some corn. And then we got their hotpot soup and tried the dry pot for the first time. It was really good and probably prefer it from now on.
