After years of navigating the fast-paced world of Big Tech/Corporate America, I made the decision to take a bold step—one that many dream about but often hesitate to pursue. In 2023, I left behind the comfort and predictability of a corporate career to follow my passion and build my own business.
Why?
Because despite the success, I was looking for something more. Something that aligned with my values, allowed me to be more creative, and gave me the absolute freedom to color outside the lines. I knew in my gut (which rarely steers me wrong) that Big Tech and Corporate America no longer inspired me...not even a little bit...
What did give me that inspiration? The chance to create something meaningful, on my own terms. That’s why I founded Radiance Coaching & Consulting Groupe—a premier coaching and consulting practice that isn’t like the typical “one-niche” coaching programs out there.
