LIFT was founded by two business leaders, Shawn Berry and Kevin Bayuk, who, after spending the last decade building innovative strategies for their own businesses, decided to team up and offer those strategies to businesses that are implementing powerful social and environmental solutions, but lack the organizational strategy to thrive.
