Reset. Recharge. Recenter.
Earlier this month, our team joined Linda Orsini for a calming in-person wellness session, designed to help us pause, breathe, and recharge. From gentle, mindful movement to simple techniques for reducing stress, it was an opportunity to step away from our desks and reconnect with ourselves.
Open to all levels and focused on accessibility, the session was a great reminder that even a short reset can make a meaningful difference.
