ness™ was created by Gerred Tolson and Ashley Graves. It has evolved over the past decade while traveling and working with the best instructors, coaches and mentors in the country. After consulting in New York for three years, it is time to bring the knowledge and experience home to Cleveland,Ohio. We will be offering services as of December first and are excited to take part in the revitalization of Cleveland. Focus emphasizes being present and respecting oneself for where they are, physically mentally and emotionally. We use a scientific approach to train and align the body and develop the mind.
