Being underestimated can feel like a disadvantage until you learn how to use it.

Norliza Pavlakos knows what it means to start with very little and build anyway.

Her early-life adversity and complex trauma shaped the work she does today as a keynote speaker, psychotherapist, entrepreneur, author, and Golden Gavel honoree. She went on to build five businesses from zero capital and founded The Support Pages, a global mental health platform supporting su***de prevention and workplace wellbeing.

On June 3, Norliza will take the stage at Ellevate’s 10th Anniversary Mobilize Women Summit for The Power of Nothing: Turning Underestimation Into Your Most Powerful Advantage.

Her message is for anyone who has ever been counted out, overlooked, or forced to become resourceful before they felt ready.

For audiences focused on resilience, leadership, entrepreneurship, pressure, or workplace wellbeing, Norliza brings a rare mix of lived experience and practical tools people can actually use.

Norliza’s story and work make this conversation feel deeply personal and deeply needed, and we can’t wait for her to bring this message to the Mobilize Women stage. šŸ’œ

Confidence can get you in the room.

But conviction is what helps you own it.

Sherhara Burrell will be speaking at Ellevate’s 10th Anniversary Mobilize Women Summit on June 4 at 10 AM with her keynote, Beyond Confidence: The Keys to Owning Any Room.

Her work challenges the idea that leadership presence is about being louder, more polished, or more performative.
Instead, Sherhara helps leaders close the gap between who they are and how they show up, so their voice, presence, and authority feel aligned in the moments that matter most.

For women navigating visibility, influence, leadership, and rooms where they have had to prove themselves twice, this conversation feels especially needed.
We’re proud to see Sherhara bring this message to the Mobilize Women stage.

Talent is everywhere. Access still isn’t.

Sheena Allen knows that gap firsthand, and she has spent her career building companies that challenge who gets access to funding, technology, and opportunity.

As a founder, builder, and creative strategist, Sheena has spent her career looking at the gaps in access, funding, technology, and financial opportunity, then creating something to meet the need.

She became one of the youngest women in the U.S. to own and operate a digital bank through CapWay, and her work continues to sit at the intersection of fintech, AI, media, and financial inclusion.

On June 4, Sheena will join the panel Women Worth Betting On: Founders, Funding, & Fixing the Pipeline at Ellevate’s 10th Anniversary Mobilize Women Summit.

For audiences talking about entrepreneurship, women in leadership, funding, inclusive banking, technology, or innovation, Sheena brings more than a founder story.

She brings the real perspective of someone who has built in spaces that were not always built for her, and kept going anyway.

Proud to see Sheena in the Gravity orbit and on the Mobilize Women stage! šŸ’œ

AI is moving fast. Dona Sarkar wants to make sure people are moving with it, not getting left behind by it.

As the Chief Troublemaker of Microsoft’s AI Extensibility Program, Dona spends her work helping people understand what technology can actually do when it is made more useful, accessible, and human.

She is also a multi-published author, a BIPOC woman in tech leader, and the founder of Prima Dona Studios, an ethical luxury fashion brand. Her work has been recognized by Fast Company and Cosmopolitan, but what makes Dona’s voice so needed right now is how she connects innovation back to real people.

On June 3, Dona will join a the conversation at Ellevate’s 10th Anniversary Mobilize Women Summit for AI for Good.

On the AI for Good panel, Dona will bring the kind of perspective leaders need right now: how to explore AI with curiosity, use it with intention, and keep people at the center of the conversation.

For audiences focused on AI, innovation, women in tech, ethical leadership, or the future of work, Dona brings a refreshing mix of technical insight, creativity, and real-world perspective.

Dona brings the kind of perspective this conversation needs, and we’re excited to see her take the stage. šŸ’œ

The hardest part of HR right now? The workplace keeps changing, and you’re still expected to build one people want to stay in.

Retention, burnout, belonging, AI, trust. None of it lives in a separate box anymore. It all shapes the employee experience.

That’s why Mark Levy’s perspective matters.

A pioneer in Employee Experience and the former head of Employee Experience at Airbnb, Mark helps leaders stop treating culture like an HR side project and start seeing it for what it is: a business decision.

For organizations trying to build workplaces where people can grow, perform, and choose to stay, Mark brings the kind of conversation that moves the room forward.

Planning an HR, people, or workplace culture event? Mark Levy should be on your radar.

From the TEDx stage to the CW39 Houston newsroom, Sherhara Burrell is keeping the conversation going.

Fresh off the release of her TEDx talk, ā€œHow to Own Any Room Without Faking Confidence,ā€ Sherhara joined CW39 Houston to break down the difference between confidence and conviction and why real presence starts with knowing what anchors you.

A major moment for a message that deserves to travel.

Congratulations, Sherhara, on this exciting feature and on continuing to bring your work to new audiences!šŸ„³šŸ’œ

Pride is about visibility.
But it’s also about systems.

Who gets protected.
Who gets overlooked.
Who gets measured unfairly.
Who has to navigate workplaces, technology, and institutions that were not designed with them in mind.

That’s where Aubrey Blanche’s work hits differently.

Aubrey Blanche, The Mathpath, is an ethical business and technology executive, AI ethics scholar, equitable design strategist, and self-described math nerd + empath.

As a q***r leader working at the intersection of responsible technology, equity, governance, HR, ESG, and organizational design, Aubrey helps organizations move beyond good intentions and into systems that actually hold up.

On stage, she brings a sharp, practical lens to questions every modern workplace needs to be asking:

• What happens when AI adoption moves faster than accountability?
• How do consent, privacy, and governance show up at work?
• Why can’t equitable design be treated like a side program?
• How do we build organizations and products that are fair by design?

For Pride programming, Aubrey offers a conversation that goes beyond celebration and into accountability.

Because inclusion is not just who gets invited in.
It’s what the system does once they’re there.

If your organization is planning Pride programming around equity, ethics, AI, leadership, or the future of work, Aubrey Blanche is absolutely one to consider. šŸ’œ
