Vision Matters 🌳✨

We partnered with an after-school program in NJ to help young people create vision boards—because seeing your future is the first step to building it.

Vision isn't just about dreaming. It's about clarity, intention, and believing you can get there. When young people see their goals visually, they're more likely to take action and build the life they want.

Our programs are self-facilitating, which means they can be brought to life anywhere. Schools, community centers, youth organizations—wherever young people are ready to dream big and take action.

Preparing to serve starts long before boarding a plane.

One thing people don't always see is the preparation.

I don't particularly enjoy taking pills, but I've already started preparing with malaria medication because that's part of the commitment required for this mission.

Sometimes the goal is bigger than the inconvenience.

Every step reminds me why this work matters.

🌍 Ghana preparation continues.

Financial literacy changes lives, and preparing to serve students in Ghana is a reminder of why the Financial BOSS mission matters so much to me.

Week 20: The Joy of Giving Back 💝

Money isn't just about earning and saving—it's also about sharing. Teaching kids to give builds compassion and generosity.

Why This Matters:
✨ Giving teaches kids that money can create positive change.
✨ Generosity builds empathy and connection to community.

💡 Try This at Home:
Let your child choose a cause they care about—a local food bank, animal shelter, or friend in need. Help them donate a portion of their allowance or earnings. Talk about how their gift helps.

🌍 One thing I want people to understand about this opportunity...

This Ghana initiative is completely voluntary.

Nobody is paying me to travel and teach financial literacy.

I'm doing it because I believe every young person deserves access to financial education and the opportunities that come with it.

Over the next few months, I'm taking you behind the scenes as I prepare to serve students in Accra and Keta.

This opportunity may be international, but the mission hasn't changed.

Through Financial BOSS, I'm committed to helping young people build confidence through financial literacy—whether they're in North Carolina or Ghana.

Thank you to everyone supporting the mission. If you'd like to support this voluntary mission, the GoFundMe link is available in my bio. Every contribution helps bring financial literacy education to more students.

Brooklyn kid who used to stare up at Times Square lights and big signs dreaming bigger, bolder, and beyond what I was told was possible—dreaming of leaving my mark on the world. Yesterday, my face appeared on the Nasdaq MarketSite Tower.

I completed the Milestone Circles program through Nasdaq and hit my benchmarks. My business gains—increased revenue, expanded access to capital, and team growth—earned me this honor. This moment hits different when you remember where you started. NYC is home in my heart—and this just warmed it up even more.

Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the growth. 🗽✨

Paint N' Learn in Action 💚

Summer camp energy meets financial literacy. This is what happens when kids get creative, intentional, and empowered around money.

Paint N' Learn is a 2-hour hands-on workshop designed for any age—kids, teens, or adults. Participants paint Money Trees, a symbol of growth, abundance, and prosperity rooted in cultures around the world. While they create, they're learning real money skills: earning, saving, spending, and giving. It sticks because it's joyful, visual, and rooted in cultural symbolism that speaks to their hearts.

Whether you're running a summer camp, afterschool program, community event, or looking to enrich your curriculum, Paint N' Learn brings art and financial literacy together in one powerful experience that actually moves the needle.

Your organization can request this workshop. Ready to bring this energy to your community? https://www.financial-boss.org/programs/paint-n-learn

💰 Financial Tip Tuesday with Cashmere! 💰

Week 19: Money Mistakes Happen 💚

Money mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures. Teaching kids how to bounce back builds resilience and smart financial habits.

Why This Matters:
✨ Kids who learn from mistakes develop better decision-making skills.
✨ This builds resilience and teaches accountability without shame.

💡 Try This at Home:
When your child makes a money mistake, ask: "What happened?" and "What would you do differently next time?" Help them create a plan to prevent the same mistake. Celebrate the learning, not the error.
