šŸ“½ļø [Part 12/12] The one thing that I struggled with a lot, was taking SMALL DAILY ACTIONS.

I used to tell myself: ā€œI'm smart, I'm capable. I'm an . So let’s just jump in and do everything at the same time.

Well, I FAILED. I just couldn’t do that, and it took a lot of failures for me to admit it, and to just be humble and realize I had to take baby steps, small daily habits…

I had to form MICRO HABITS.

Unbelievable levels of will be achieved when we develop the habit of taking small daily actions.

If it's exercising, and you want to do 20 pushups. Then start by doing 1 push-up a day until you can’t go a day without doing a single push-up.

The goal isn’t to do as many push ups as you can, because that’s when things get UNCOMFORTABLE and you’ll tend to avoid doing push-ups, because they make you feel… uncomfortable.

One of my friends once said: "We find what we look for".

So if you look for positivity, you're going to find positivity, so think positive thoughts.

If you want to have clarity in life, begin clarifying your thoughts through writing them down… JOURNAL.

If you want to have positive energy, then begin to raise your ROV (Rate Of Vibration) through increasing your heart rate… EXERCISE.

[SOCIAL MEDIA IS KILLING YOU AND YOUR RELATIONSHIPS.] Nobody is a stranger to deep diving into the Instagram rabbit hole… You know the scenario.

It’s a Monday night, and I’m unwinding, mindlessly scrolling ā€œJUST A LITTLE BIT,ā€ when half an hour later, I’m no closer to resting.
Ā 
I’ll comment on a friend’s post and then IG suggests friending a former colleague, but instead of doing that, I’ll scroll through their profile and learn about the last few years of their life… that leaves my brain on hyperdrive.
Ā 
The next morning, I wake up FEELING DRAINED 😪
Ā 
Maybe the blue light that illuminates our faces as we scroll through feeds and friends’ profiles is to blame for disrupting our sleep cycle, but being unrested does explain the grogginess and irritability we have.
Ā 
Maybe, as we tell ourselves that we’re online to stay ā€œCONNECTED ā€, we’re unknowingly draining our social energy for in-person interactions.
Ā 
What if every like, heart, and reply we give to someone on the internet is actually taking away from our energy for OFFLINE RELATIONSHIPS?

We are fooling ourselves by thinking that social media is allowing us to strengthen our relationships.
Ā 
The ā€œOnly likes and no play is making a lonely generation.ā€

You are experiencing this right now in the post-pandemic era, aren’t you?

Friends exist to provide us with shoulders to cry on when things fall apart, and no matter how sympathetic someone may be on Instagram or even Zoom, in the end it is having a real shoulder to cry on that makes the difference to our being able to cope.

Take inventory of your : are they adult fears, or adolescent fears?

An adult fear is being afraid of a truck about to run over you. It’s the kind of fear that can save your life.

Adolescent fear is being afraid of the bogeyman under the bed, or of being rejected by a prospect or embarrassed in front of a group.

The threat is literally made up in our minds. When we allow adolescent fear to hold us back, we are behaving like children.

šŸ“½ļø [Part 11/12] Consistency creates MAGICAL change. There's no way you're going to develop a new overnight.

According to a 2009 study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology, it takes 18 to 254 days for a person to form a .

The study also concluded that, on average, it takes 66 days for a to become automatic.

Some say 21. Some say 66. I say 100… Yeah. It's variable depending on their baseline.

What do you need to change?

What new do you need to develop?

Do it consistently every day without a break; Doesn't matter if it's or this holiday or that holiday or this birthday or someone died, doesn't matter.

Do it consistently, without a single day break… prove to yourself and those who don’t believe in you, that YOU CAN DO IT.

šŸ“½ļø [Part 10/12] Self-belief is the biggest factor in determining , because without self-confidence we often won't take action.

It starts with our thoughts and our energy, and that leads to action.

If we don't feel good about ourselves, then our thoughts are going to be negative about yourself and negative begins.

And that's the precursor to failure and feeling hurt.

Then you might even get to a point that you're so hurt that you begin to hurt other people.

If your actions are terrible, or negative, to correct them you cannot just come up with new thoughts and fabricate .

That's why I'm not a big fan of THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

You can only develop a positive mental attitude, positive thoughts and energy by raising your rate of vibration.

You literally got to increase your heart rate.

The only way to enhance your and build is through physical activity and positive thoughts which result in happy energy.

LIFE IS SUFFERING. is imperfect as is the world we live in. During our lifetime we have to endure physical and mental such as pain, sickness, injury, old age, and eventually death.

Suffering stems from attachment to desires. It is the to have and be in control of things. If you desire fortune, you will suffer and sometimes when you desire happiness, you will face .

It appears that suffering ends when attachment to desire ceases and the pursuit of contentment begins. This is when the mind experiences complete freedom from all worries, troubles and ideals.

This is not comprehensible for those who have not attained it. Though the path to the end of suffering is built on . This is the way to reachĀ  .

Today, my program primarily focuses on helping people create their vision. It always starts from having a clear idea of what they want to do, who you want to be, and then reverse engineering your career.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTION is a behavioral that is defined by being overly concerned about , driven by an uncontrollable urge to logging in and devoting so much time and effort to social media that it impairs other important areas.

Checking and through social media has become an increasingly popular activity over the last decade, and the made this even worse than it's ever been.

There is a significant percentage of people that became fully to sites and engaging in excessive or compulsive use while in isolation.

Now that the are being deployed and the society is opening up, it's almost impossible to put our phones down and get back out there to be near people, rather than attached to our for comfort.

Be aware that, addictive social media use will look much like that of any other substance use disorder, including MOOD MODIFICATION, which leads to a favorable change in emotional states, SALIENCE (behavioral, cognitive, and emotional preoccupation), TOLERANCE (ever-increasing use of social media over time), WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS (experiencing unpleasant physical and emotional symptoms when social media use is restricted or stopped), CONFLICT (interpersonal problems ensue because of social media usage), and RELAPSE (addicted individuals quickly revert back to their excessive social media usage after an abstinence period).

If you have a hard time controlling your social media use and think you may be addicted, join me in making a conscious decision to significantly reduce or completely eliminate social media usage from your daily lives.
