🌟 New Leadership Milestone for Learning for Action! 🌟

In 2023, Learning for Action took a significant stride forward by becoming a fully women-owned company.

Today, we're thrilled to share another milestone: our co-owners Jessica Xiomara García and Emily Boer Drake are officially stepping into their new roles as co-CEOs!

Since our inception in 2000, LFA has partnered with organizations globally to facilitate impactful change, prioritizing equity, integrity, compassion, and curiosity every step of the way.

And as longtime advocates for LFA's mission, Emily and Jessica bring a wealth of experience and passion to their roles. They're dedicated to upholding our legacy of excellence while infusing fresh perspectives and energy into our organization.

At LFA, we're committed to building a more equitable world through our work with social sector organizations and forward-thinking foundations.

We believe in the power of community to drive meaningful change and are grateful for your continued support.
