Looking to hire a contract or full-time, full life-cycle, Scientific Recruiter to join our growing RPO team. This is a flexible, remote role.

What You'll Do:
-Source candidates for scientific roles
-Review applicants in Clients' ATS
-Phone screen candidates
-Move candidates through the recruitment process
-Own hiring manager relationship
-Work with HR to come up with offers

About you:
-2+ years sourcing for scientific roles
-1+ year experience working directly with and partnering with hiring managers
-self-motivated and driven (there is no micro management here)
-looking for a remote and flexible recruiting role

Looking for an independent Sourcer (1099) with experience sourcing/recruiting for biotech roles. I'm also open to a Full-life cycle recruiter with strong sourcing skills. Will be needed on an as needed basis for a variety of biotech sourcing projects.

My business partner and I are looking for remote recruiters for our home health client. 1099 ideal, but open to W2. 30ish hours a week. In the role, you will be recruiting home health behavioral technicians to work with children on the Autism spectrum in San Jose, CA.
