Hi everyone...I find that I must now post this message!!! “BODIES IN HARMONY” located in SanJacinto, Ca is now “CLOSED” permanently!! I must say, we all have had several years of great experiences and have gained wonderful friendships through the years!! We also have gained Strength, Flexability, Lean Mass, Muscle Tone...We’ve lost and or gained weight (in the positive direction) which has added to our better health!! Through the years we have all added more
than just Lean Mass ; we have gained strong muscle mass yes, but more than the becoming very “FIT” we have gained “Inner Strength” which gives us all that feeling of knowing we are strong physically, yet as well we are now even stronger in our commitment to ourselves! We have all leaned on one another and supported each other through thick & thin over the years!!Life continues on always, though we may not be together Daily & Weekly or thru each month as always, yet we can still plan to meet now and then as well when times are better (meaning as the Virus dies off) we will have our opportunity to get together and hopefully continue with Volleyball, Walking, and just going out for lunch now and then!!! I am going to keep the faith that this will come full circle and we all will not give up hope that we can and will share more good times together!! In the meantime we must have faith, take good care to be safe and to appreciate that we are continually practicing our healthy lifestyles even though we are apart from one another all for future happiness to share with our families, to stay safe, as well be mindful to bring us future good times again!!! We are all in this together actually world wide. While here at home we know if we are being careful, we will soon be able to enjoy being together with family and friends!! This is the time we all need to reflect on what we have now and to continue being safe to enhance the potential of “a normalcy comeback” with our families and friends!
I already miss my Studio yet I am happy for all the years we have shared! Remember, “Bodies in Harmony” has always been a place of sharing and contributing to being healthy and since we have worked so long together, I’m very proud to say:
I’M THE ONE WHO LEAVES THE BIZ, BUT NOT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BECOME A MAJOR PART OF MY LIFE...YOU ALL KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND EACH OF YOU THAT HAVE BEEN WITH ME THROUGH THE YEARS HAVE MADE MY LIFE VALUABLE IN AS THAT I HAVE ENJOYED OUR YEARS TOGETHER!! YES...FITNESS IS A VALUE ...remember that always....as we each can take it with us wherever we are. We do not have to give it up or leave it behind...It is ours...It belongs to each of us!!! We have gained more than just health & fitness which yes, it’s the best, as it is truly the other part of it as we are all now more educated, we know how now to live for being healthy, we CAN live long healthier lives and share with family & friends for many years to come!!
As your fearless leader (Hahahaha) I just want to thank you all...those that have been with me from day one to those who moved away or left for any reasons, we can say;
YAY....YAY....YAY...WE DID IT!! ......
I am so PROUD to have been your Fitness Instructor, Manager, Wellness Coach, Nutritional Guide, Health Director and most of all ...... BEST FRIEND❤️
We all did this together and all of you that see this must know...It would not have been anything without YOU ALL!! I really miss you!!!
Take good care thru these difficult times! This to shall go away someday...we must must follow the rules to be safe and to be able to meet on the other side of this tragic disruption of our safe and wonderful life as it is now...NOT TO BE FOREVER!!! We can Pray and God hears us...never give up!!!
