Min. Min. is a professional in-home organizing business that services San Jose, CA and surrounding areas. Hi I'm Julie! That’s where I come in. I promise it's worth it!

I organize anything from closets and drawers to cupboards and shelves, to entire rooms, garages, and homes. It’s easy for your home to fill up with things, and before you know it you have piles of stuff everywhere. Your personal spaces should be easy for you to navigate so you’re not wasting time looking for things (or buying new things to replace things you can’t find). I offer free 15-30 minute

phone consultations to get an idea of what you need help with and explain my typical process for organizing. A quote is then provided after I've seen photos and/or video of your space(s), or have done an in-person walk through ($25). I hold myself to a high standard in professionalism within my business, communication, punctuality, resourcefulness, and passion. I'm empathetic and truly listen to my clients, focus on their wants and needs, and brainstorm solutions with them to get the best result for organizing their specific spaces. The process of organizing can be overwhelming and daunting. Let me do the hard part for you and be the fresh set of eyes on your space and stuff.

**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**PLEASE READ**

I’m thrilled to announce that I’m expecting my third baby due November 1st! With that said, unfortunately I will be putting a pause on my in-person organizing as I’m a solo-preneur and need to hold-off on over-exerting my body as I prepare for this birth. Another exciting event that happened recently is we bought a home and have been slowly getting settled this summer. I’ve got a lot of nesting and organizing to do in my own home! As exciting as this time is, I’m bummed that I need to take a break from my Min. clients and work. I absolutely love what I do and am so grateful to every one of my clients over the last three and a half years.

Please reach out if you would like suggestions for other organizers, photo organizing help (these projects I will be taking on in the new year with the baby at home), or would like to discuss virtual organizing plans. It may take me a while to respond especially in the months of October and November. Thank you for your patience and understanding as my family goes through the transition from 4 to 5!

This GARAGE MAKEOVER brought to you by .organize and my dedicated client in Morgan Hill, CA. This project began in September and was just wrapped at the beginning of the new year. I’m immensely proud of this client for working through this massive transformation of their garage that has been accumulating items for 20+ years.

We brought in a large dumpster while we emptied out the garage and sorted items to keep, donate, and throw away. My client spent the holidays installing a slat wall for wall storage based on my recommendations.

This project is a testament that putting in the effort and hard work will result in the desired end goals. 🙌

Want to know how to make mornings and bedtimes easier for you and your little one? Labels with picture identifiers + the perfect configuration to encourage your child to pick out their own clothes. 🙌🏻

For this child’s room, we hung the bulkier items including coats and sweatshirts to make the best use of space for this configuration of the Alba Montessori Children’s Wardrobe by .

⭐️ Pro-tip: keep decor items on the top of your dresser to a minimum—this not only makes it easier to keep the dresser clean and clutter free, allows for space to set out outfits for the next day, and allows for a designated place for clean laundry to land that is ready to be put away.

The changing of seasons is the perfect time for a closet overhaul. If you’re ready to take on the project, the steps below will give you an easy step-by-step guide to getting it done. 💪🏻

🔸 Assess Your Wardrobe — Begin by taking a look at all the clothing items in your closet. This will give you an overview of what you have.
🔸 Set a Goal — Decide how much you want to reduce your wardrobe. Consider factors like available space and your personal style.
🔸 Sort by Season — If your space allows, store all of your Spring and Summer clothes in
🔸 Try Everything On — This will take some time, but trying on each piece of clothing will help you evaluate if it still fits, if it’s in good condition, and if you still like it.
🔸 Create Piles — As you try on your clothes, create piles: keep, donate/sell, and discard. Old t-shirts, socks, and towels make great recycled rags for cleaning.
🔸 Donate or Sell — Items in good condition that you no longer want can be donated. If you never wore the piece, or want to get some money back for it, post to Facebook Marketplace, or look for a local store that buys gently-used clothing.
🔸 Store Out-of-Season Items — Once you’ve determined what to keep for the upcoming season, neatly pack away out-of-season clothes in storage bins or vacuum-sealed bags.
🔸 Organize with Intention — Arrange the clothes you’re keeping back in your closet, organizing them by item type (shirts, pants, dresses, etc.) and color for easy access.

The key is to declutter your closet and only keep what you’ll genuinely wear in the upcoming season. Set a reminder in your phone to revisit your closet organization when the seasons change again to repeat the process! 🍁❄️🌱☀️

Grateful for my clients just as much as they are grateful for me!

“Julie has an impeccable skill at organizing items and minimizing clutter… She turned my hallway closet into a space that is logically organized and beautiful to look at. It went from a space I hid, now to a space I love to open and show off! Even a year after her services I have been able to keep it organized in the same way - which is a reflection of how well she understands the needs of a home and creates a logical and functional organization of a storage space. She was also able to help me get rid of things that had been sitting in that closet for years that I truly no longer needed - but she never forced me to get rid of anything, she simply helped guide me to coming to that decision on my own. I am so grateful for her services and can’t thank her enough!”
