The Paris in Vietnam is a company that imports 100% coffee from Vietnam and sells it in the US market with the mission "Your hi-end morning cafe within 1 min".
I was born and raised in Lam D**g which is the only place in Vietnam that has great coffee. So why is coffee in Da Lat - Lam D**g so good? To reach the deliciousness of coffee beans: First, the variety must be delicious. Second, the two-season weather must be clear because coffee needs a lot of water from flowering to ripening. The dry season promotes the ripening of coffee beans. The altitude must be from 1,500m or more. Therefore, only Da Lat produces delicious coffee beans.

Tôi sinh ra và lớn lên ở Lâm Đồng là nơi duy nhất ở Việt Nam có càfe ngon tuyệt vời. Vậy tại sao cafe ở Đà Lạt - Lâm Đồng lại ngon? Để đạt đến độ ngon của hạt cà phê: Trước tiên, giống phải ngon. Thứ hai, thời tiết hai mùa phải rõ rệt vì cà phê cần rất nhiều nước từ lúc ra hoa cho đến khi chín. Mùa khô thúc đẩy việc chín mọng của hạt cà phê. Độ cao phải từ 1.500m trở lên. Vì thế, chỉ có Đà Lạt mới cho ra những hạt cafe ngon mà thôi.
