Tips for chemical-free gardening success
3 things we wish someone had told us about chemical-free gardening:
Read seed packets and labels closely. If it sounds like a science experiment, it probably doesnāt belong in our veggie patch.
2) Compost is our best friend. It turns kitchen scraps into plant food, so we can ditch the chemical fertilizers for good.
3) Mulch is not just for looks. It keeps the soil cozy and moist, and helps keep weeds out without any sprays.
Growing a chemical-free garden used to feel like a pipe dream, but itās totally doable. All it takes is a little extra care, some patience, and the right seeds. We want our family to eat food thatās as pure as possible- weāre tired of stressing over whatās hiding in store-bought produce.
