JPPhotography.biz I've been doing photography...for a while now...the more I do it, the more I like it. I was born in Mexico but have resided in San Jose CA. most of my life.

I'm thankful for that one person that bought me my first camera...you know who you are, thank you. Photography has always been of my interest; however I did not always pursue it. It was not until my second year in college when I took a photography class and ever since then I have been hooked on it. I always have my camera around my neck. I began with film photography, but decided to switch to digi

tal because it gives me the opportunity to "play around" with my photos. Being a photojournalism student at San Jose State University has opened many doors for me. I photograph many of the events for our company and am also an official photographer for GRAD IMAGES. I prefer to take pictures over being in them. Enjoy...

It has been an incredible honor to serve for the past six years as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Sacred Heart Nativity Schools. As the first alumnus to hold this role, I’ve carried with me the values instilled at Sacred Heart Nativity, Bellarmine College Preparatory and San José State University.

My family have always taught me that education is a gift no one can take away, and leadership is rooted in service with and for others.

As I close this chapter, I begin a new one. My resilience and work ethic come from my parents, who taught me that perseverance and education opens doors that are not easily closed.

I am deeply grateful to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors for the commendation recognizing this work, and I especially want to thank:
