In 2014, Bryan Kramer and Courtney Smith Kramer sparked the H2H Human-to-Human movement that set out to humanize business through simpler communication, empathy, and celebrating and learning from our imperfections. Get better beliefs.

Tell me what your goals are, and I can tell you a lot about who YOU are.

✔️ Your goals are what make you.
✔️ And your beliefs shape your goals.

Tell me if you're reaching your goals, and honestly--why or why not--and I'll know the story of how you operate.

It's not mind-reading. It's realizing the power of goals, and the tell-tale signs that surround them, which all lead back to what you actually believe.

💢 Do you believe more is possible?
💢 Or do you believe only less is possible?

Either way--you'll create goals to match your belief.

So don't just look at your goals.
Look at the BELIEFS you have around what's possible.

And then ask:

We spend a lot of time learning:

✨ How to say it
✨ and Who to say it to.

But that can't prepare us for the most essential point in marketing and sales.

One of the best ways to improve how you think is to practice unlearning. Unlearning is about being curious about the choices we make. Being willing to stop and do nothing for a while. 🔥⁠

Unlearning is a process where we slowly loosen our grip on our thoughts and beliefs. Unlearning is also a process where we become willing to let go of some of our ideas about how things should be and about how they must be.⁠

On top of that, when we unlearn in one area, we can learn something new, and sometimes that new thing is more fun! And, who doesn't want more fun in their life?⁠

The people who you're with--right now.

Are you thinking: "𝑰'𝒎 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. 𝑵𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒎𝒆. 𝑵𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒆?" That means you've got "stinkin' thinkin'"..and it's time to take control.

If you're desperate, or in a slow-burn of lonesomeness, you could blame Covid, or your relationships, or the hard breaks you've had.

Or--you can change your state, become grateful and determine your circumstances on purpose.

We all need to wake up and realize that if someone isn't aligned with your values, and doesn't fit your perception of your mission, or vision...they can't work with you.

Here's the prescription:

Either decide that the people who you're with are YOUR people.
Or decide they're not, and go FIND your people.

We can relate to them.

We can identify with them & when we see them overcome obstacles & succeed, it reassures us that we can succeed too!

It's a strong approach to embrace the underdog mentality even if you are #1.

How do you begin closing in on YOUR niche?

Speak to your prospects as part of their group — a member of their community. This means finding common ground with your audience and then building from there.
