Brazilian Specialty's Coffees, we already work towards grower recognition and development and evolution of coffee production, but we have to do more and do it better, and we know that we can’t do this alone. We believe that this is the most efficient way to expand the opportunities for the growers, business partners, the society, and the environment. That’s why we developed the “Direct Trade”, ded
icated to roasters, coffee shop chains, and businesses both in Brazil and abroad that have an interest in developing long term partnerships in the creation of individual projects or with groups of growers. The Direct Trade offers an opportunity to directly meet our growers and discover exceptional coffees. Please ask for more information. We will be so glad to show our work. The Brazilian Specialty's Coffees represent certified coffee states that are committed environment, social and of course with the quality to supply "direct from the farm to the partner", coffees of ORIGIN. The profiles in Brazil can vary greatly throughout the country. Traditionally, and pre–specialty coffee, Brazils were known for their body, mild sweetness, and nuttiness. Today, those Brazils definitely still exist, but due to advancements in sorting and processing, we are seeing soft cups that have an intense sweetness in the form of caramel and chocolate, big bodies, and supporting complementary acidity. Well-processed naturals bring in a variety of red fruits to the mix, to make these coffees really shine. The lots full of quakers, hard cups, and "rio" are no longer the only option from Brazil. We are proud to have some extremely special Brazils in our lineup available throughout the year. We supply all that are interested to work with our specialty coffees, from small coffee shops to big roasters. Do you want to know more about it? We are here ready to help you.
