Next GenFor over 20 years the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce (SVBCC) has led the way in creating innovative programs and events designed to economically empower groups and individuals from all walks of life. As we continue our pursuit of improving the lives of our community, we offer the Next Gen Business Academy in conjunction with the Center for Entrepreneurial Development and the Incubator Program. We also acknowledge the significance of small business and entrepreneurs that shape our future and build our economy. In addition, we recognize that many small and start-up businesses often fail because of the lack of basic business management principals. For these reasons we work to instill the entrepreneurial ideals and spirit in the adults and youth today of every background, experience, and walk of life to furnish them with those basic principles that may be overlooked in today's educational, business, and economic training programs. Our goal is to help produce the next generation of "business minds" by laying down a solid foundation from which our communities can grow successfully.
