I love this place. Sounds weird to say about a mailbox store, but I do! The family that runs the shop are some of the kindest people I've met in San Jose. They have helped us with things like mailing odd shaped packages and passport photos. I have a private mailbox here too and they always let me know when packages have come in. They just have a way of making you feel like more than just another customer. Great service and great people. I highly recommend you use them for all of your mailing and private mailbox needs!

Judith is the absolute best! She provides amazing customer service, way better than the UPS store's customer service and USPS' too. She is one of the kindest women I've had the pleasure to talk to and really make this mail store shine. She has saved me a trip to the mail store on multiple occasions and always returns my calls when I leave a message. My mail is always safe here and as long as the ownership doesn't change I'll keep using them for a long time.

Super friendly, clean and convenient location. Judith (owner) & Jason helped my pack up 15 tripods carefully with a smile. I even had to call after I left to write instructions on the outside of the box and Jason was really nice about it and did it for me. Love family owned businesses!! They do business with ALL the usual shippers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc)
