Hey ladies if the Central Coast!

Welcome to SAL, a women’s meetup group where we try new things out of our comfort zone with other rad locals!

We believe in multi-generational friendships so please feel free to come!

Hike: High School Hill (off Lizzie St)
Time: February 21st @ 9am pst
Location: 1632 Lizzie St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Distance: 2 mile
Difficulty: Steep & spicy 🌶️

Join us for a steep single track trail from a residential cul-de-sac to the top of High School Hill with fantastic views of SLO. After the rains, this hike has beautiful purple, white, orange, and yellow wildflowers!

Trail Details:
Park at the end of Lizzie St. above SLO High School. The trail starts on the right side of the street just after the “No Parking” signs. The climb begins immediately and stays relentless the entire way up, with a few switchbacks early on and a small stream crossing.

The trail ends at a ridge with a T-intersection and a fire road. From there, we can walk to the fire tower and lookout of San Luis Obispo

⚠️ The trail can get muddy after rain just in case

Join us for a casual game of co-ed kickball!

Solo? No problem! Almost 80% of our attendees show up stag.

If you’ve never played before, kickball is like baseball but with a big rubber ball that you kick instead of hit. All you need is the ability to kick a ball and run to a base. That’s it! No special skills or experience required.

This game is all about fun, laughter, and community, and let’s be real.. a bit of competition😂 Bring your friends, family, or teens who want to join in.

We only need 18-20 players so be sure to secure your spot now! Then, put it on your calendar and don’t miss it!

Feel free to bring leftover snacks or drinks from Thanksgiving to share with your team.
