Do not overlook the importance of inspecting your suspension, as a visual examination can prevent numerous complications, as evidenced by this RV's cracking issues that developed over several years, ultimately resulting in the failure of the leaf spring and equalizer, fortunately, this was merely an inconvenience, as repairs were able to be made at the campsite that let this rver make it a couple hundred miles home, next stop frame shop.

I did some Roof top air conditioner troubleshooting today and found a fan
motor overloading from worn bearings causing the motor to drag. An otherwise working AC will get put to the test as summer rolls around. If your AC is acting up shoot me a DM for service in the San Luis Valley area.
