Mena’s Sparkle & Shine was built to give me the flexibility to be present for my children and my family, and that commitment will always remain.
I understand that unexpected schedule changes can be inconvenient, and I genuinely do my best to accommodate every client. At this time, my daughter’s medical needs require my attention. When I communicate that a change is due to a family matter, I kindly ask for understanding and respect for our privacy without needing to share personal details.
It truly saddens me to have lost a few clients because of the schedule changes we’ve had to make. I completely understand that I provide a service and that my circumstances may not work for everyone, and I respect that. At the same time, I’m incredibly grateful for the clients who continue to value my work, respect my boundaries, and stand by me through every season whether they’re good or bad.
