She has over 5 years of combined experience, including 2 years in the BPO industry, supporting clients in the home care and healthcare sectors. She specialize in end-to-end client onboarding, caregiver coordination, compliance, and quality assurance
ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and internal teams.

This little ball of energy, Stormy, brings so much joy to my life every day. Whether it's a wagging tail, a silly antic, or simply being by my side, she reminds me that joy is often found in life's simplest moments.
At Senior Helpers, we see this every day with our clients, too. Joy can come from a favorite conversation, a walk outside, a cherished memory, a visit from family, or even the companionship of a beloved pet.

At Senior Helpers, we believe that taking great care of our clients starts with taking great care of our caregivers.
Each month, we conduct independent random caregiver satisfaction surveys to ensure our team members feel supported, valued, and equipped to provide the highest quality care possible.
We're proud to share that in June, 11 caregivers were randomly surveyed, and all 11 gave us a perfect 10 out of 10 satisfaction rating! 🎉
This feedback reflects the positive culture we've worked hard to build—one where caregivers are respected, supported, and recognized for the incredible difference they make every day.
