If you bought AG Land in 2022 you will be required to reapply for AG in 2023. Applications will be mailed to new owners after January 1 & are due by the end of April (without incurring a late filing penalty). Advising & consulting new owners with the application process & intensity level requirements is one of our specialties. We can also handle conversion to or continuation of Wildlife Management.

Itโ€™s not too late to file an Agricultural Application! While the official filing deadline was May 1 to be considered timely, appraisal districts will still accept applications until July. If approved, there is a 10% late filing penalty but the potential tax savings are huge.
