🚨 NOW HIRING – SIGN PAINTER 🎨
Western Sign & Awning is looking to add a full-time Sign Painter to our team in San Marcos, CA!
We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced sign shop environment. Willingness to learn and grow with our team. Ability to follow instructions and work safely and work well with others.
Job Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Sanding and surface preparation
✔️ Priming various materials
✔️ Painting on all materials (metal, wood, acrylic, etc.)
✔️ Maintaining a clean and organized work area
✔️ Producing high-quality, professional finishes
Experience is a plus — but NOT required.
If you don’t have sign painting experience, that’s okay! We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
