Being a first-gen college student, the weight of being first followed me. Although I felt equipped with the proper academic knowledge, I still didn’t know how to articulate my experiences or how to make it applicable to my dream job. I also felt that because I’m a Mexican-American woman I wouldn’t be taken seriously in the workplace and whether or I had the skills or not to succeed.

I believe in making students SHINE. That’s my passion! But how do I get tangible results or make a long term impact for students that are going into these professional spaces?

This is why I’m creating this space! To develop the skills that are attractive to employers and to help elevate YOU. Elevate the best version of you, professionally, and personally. Elevate your mente for a well-rounded version of yourself.
