Its nice when you go in to your shop @ 8am to get a Co2 tank and just as your about to walk out you look over at the tap handles and say "hey lets see how that new Mead came out".... (fast foward 2 minutes) suddenly your texting all your friends and family because you've now slurped down 2 glasses of "amazing" and the world just became beautiful sunny and bright- yep its just that good!

Que the track: ACDC's Back in Black!!! All three O'Neill Bros seen here getting all set up in the new digs! Had a late night brew session and a impromptu barrel tasting... most notable of the night was a mead aged 2+ years in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel; Simply Incredible- floral honey nose, marshmellowy vanilla maple leads to super boozy finish...straight up yummy!
Just wanted to let you all know we are resurfacing and will keep you all posted on upcoming events! More to follow...

Well it's been about a year since I last filled you all in... We have had the misfortune of leasing a building that had not been inspected or updated by the city planning dept in over 40 years. We kept putting Money into this project in hopes that we could somehow get this thing to pass inspection- only to find out that it's just a plain old bottomless money pit. :) We are currently in negotiations to relocate and finally get into a spot that will allow us to open our doors and share this sweet nectar with you all! It has been a painfully frustrating situation but we have learned a lot from it, dusting off and moving on. We thank you all for you patience and support- the good news is we have been very successful with our bees and are fully stocked with literally tons of delicious honey and some off the charts bombastic Meads! So whenever and wherever we do land we will be able to hit the ground running. We will follow up with more information regarding our new shop location as well as the much anticipated Grand Opening date as soon as possible. I can assure you all it will be epic as we have put a whole lot of time and preparation into it!!!
