Whenever you attend an event, most of the time everything is in order... fixed... everything green and go. But in reality, before it becomes the way it is, it goes through a set up... Major set up such as the recent URCC 23 that was held last April 27, 2013. The photos you see in this album is how it is done before you see the finished set up. It's a total mess, chaos and so much more. But the truth is, this "chaos" is actually a well orchestrated movement of people, equipment and so much more. These are the people that do the real set up. The unsung heroes are these people. From the Production Manager, Technicsl director, Prod Assists, Crew, Labor.... These are the people that get into the venue really early and the same people that will leave last cause they have to put everything down. These are the people that make it happen. The images you see are photos take at 3am on the day of the event. These guys were still smiling and joking around.... It's no joke to set this up. As much as I want to tag them here... I do not know their names... There are more images I have not captured... I want to say THANK YOU to all these guys who made it happen. They set it up and they take it down... They do not get to watch the show cause they would rather sleep to get the neccessary strength to pack things up... To the people behind the scenes of every event... THANK YOU! Lou Santayana and prod people, my apologies.. As much as I wanted to capture you at work, i was not able to go there in time. To Staginex, Signum, Ring guys and the guys who put up the tarps and to Video Gear... THANK YOU!
