•Assisting with moving an older person to an appropriate retirement complex, assisted care home, or nursing home –as needed.
•Providing education and advocacy as well as eldercare counseling and support.
•Providing referral to resources with whom we've had good experience, whether it is for dental care, physical therapy, home safety, transportation and more.
•Providing a means for socialization, whether it is in the home, meeting friends, or by going to Senior Centers or Adult Day Care.
•Most importantly we become the medical/patient advocate in times of sickness, at the doctors office or within the Emergency Room or at the hospital.

Working as a care manager with clients younger than myself has made me acutely aware that retiring early may not be the best option. Many of my clients, who were once intellectuals in senior positions such as engineers and doctors, are now experiencing cognitive decline.

The saying "use it or lose it" holds significant truth. This raises an important question: should we consider eliminating a fixed retirement age and allow older employees to continue working as long as they are capable of performing their jobs? This approach could potentially save money in the long term and provide our elders with a renewed sense of purpose.

Why do we build relationships

Business relationships are the backbone of success in any endeavor. They are the key to fostering collaboration, building trust, and gaining access to valuable resources. These relationships play a vital role in long-term growth, innovation, and overall prosperity
Benefitting our clients in so many different ways.

Trust is fundamental in establishing strong business connections as it cultivates loyalty and encourages repeat business from clients and partners. Moreover, positive relationships lead to improved customer satisfaction, resulting in customer retention and positive word-of-mouth marketing.

Effective problem-solving and innovation thrive in environments where relationships are robust. The ability to share ideas and collaborate leads to creative solutions and business development. It is crucial to prioritize meeting and surpassing clients' needs to enhance these connections further. By building these relationships we provide a much better environment for our clients.

In conclusion, business relationships go beyond mere transactions; they are about nurturing trust, fostering collaboration, and ensuring mutual benefits that pave the way for enduring success. In our practice, we understand the significance of these relationships and strive to uphold these values in all our interactions.
