The primary focus of CCMI is to help public entities comply with state prevailing wage, Davis Bacon, and ARRA requirements. (CCMI) was founded in 2002 to assist public agencies with complicated Labor Compliance Program (LCP) requirements. CCMI has grown to become a nationally recognized authority in the field of prevailing wage compliance assisting both public agencies and contractors to meet the
ever changing complexities of prevailing wage. Our core competency involves the monitoring of certified payrolls, including the proper use of wage determinations, compliance with overtime, weekend, shift and special wage requirements, as well as the proper use of required apprenticeship requirements. Our staff has been involved in over 1,000 audits, as well as investigation of claims or charges of impropriety brought by third parties. Whether the project involves local, state or federal prevailing wage requirements (or all 3), CCMI is there to both educate and enforce those requirements. CCMI’s employment of individuals with construction and prevailing wage experience is key to establishing a good working relationship with contractors. We are not merely a “consulting” firm, but rather a team of individuals who understand the need of contractors to get the project done. CCMI is a labor-neutral partner, not affiliated with any labor organizations and seeks full and equal compliance by all contractors. We take a proactive and educational approach to identify potential problems before they arise, and remain highly adaptable from pre-construction throughout the project. CCMI provides services throughout California as well to clients in a dozen additional states. Connect to our linked in page: linkedin.com/in/ccmilcp/
