Using AI to tackle ? 🧐 I was realllly skeptical, but this tool is actually pretty cool. If you've tried it, what did you think? When I used it to address a few of my current anxious thoughts, I found the mix of explanations and rebuttals more powerful and useful than I expected. Clearly this is not a substitute for professional assistance like therapy, but I think still it has potential to help calm your anxious thoughts in the moment nevertheless:
