Our 2017 Bajka Cabernet has been out of this barrel and in bottle since April. We can’t wait to release it to you. It’s finally coming out of ‘bottle shock’ and tasting better than it did coming out of the barrel. Stay tuned!

Oldy but a goody! We were so proud to get a Gold Medal for our efforts with the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon. We don’t hang our hats on scores or points but it’s always nice to get a gold!

Bottling day complete! After a lot of anticipation and hard work the BAKA 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is finally in bottle. We can wait to release it! .

Coming Soon! Hand crafted Hard Cider from BAJKA! This is a true cider using a field blend of 10 unique cider apples (nothing you can find in the store) to create a crisp bubbly cider that tastes like you’re biting into a fresh apple. We can’t wait to release it!

Hand labeling up something special! Tom and Casey were hard at work putting their finishing touches on the first every Bajka ‘Fall Hard Cider!’This isn’t their first go around, they’ve both been trained at Cornell in Cidermaking and have had a more than a few batches in the past. Unfortunately, they drank it too fast to sell. This time they promise they made enough to share! Coming soon...

This Albariño is as beautiful as the vases it’s posed with! Albariño is an up and coming varietal in the Central Coast of California and Monterey grows some of the best Albariño in the state. This was traditionally made to let the varietal character sing. Aromatic and round with a bright acidity that is a great food wine. Oysters anyone?
