We have one available private office left at VenturePad.

This is our corner office, it's hosted many great startups.

Come down to VenturePad in San Rafael and say hi to Chris if you'd like it to be your launching spot.

We have a Private Office for rent in downtown San Rafael. It has plenty of space, really nice light streaming in through glass windows, plants, and comfortable seating.

The previous people in the space did robotics, which you can see down below.

1200/month, month-to-month contract

Let me know if you're interested!

We had a great discussion on Monday on the topic of Voting Theory and Electoral Reform. Professor Holliday examined how electoral structures themselves influence fairness, tradeoffs, and reform.

It was a pleasure to sit in on and hear everyone's contribution to the discussion.

Many of our members run real businesses that rely on having a professional place to work and meet.

VenturePad is home to founders, consultants, and small teams who value focus, stability, and being part of a grounded local business community.

We currently have a private Team Suite available — month-to-month and move-in ready — for a small team looking to establish a reliable home base in downtown San Rafael.

If that sounds like you, we’d be glad to connect or show you the space.
