While waiting for others to join us for the "day of the dead" celebration in Ljubljiana, I saw an old lady walking towards the bus stop. Her cane missed the sidewalk and landed in the gutter, throwing her off balance. Joj! was her cry as her feet caught up to her, keeping her from falling. I'm glad she was safe, and I will always remember the sound of her "Joj" (Yoy)
