⛳️ What a day on the course!

Our CUST-O-FAB team had a blast at Calpine’s 23rd Annual Golf Tournament! We always enjoy getting out of the office, spending time with great people, and supporting events that bring the industry together.

A great day on the green ⛳️

Our CUST-O-FAB team had a great time at the 9th Annual Chalmette Classic! We enjoyed a day of golf, friendly competition, and great conversations while supporting a great cause alongside fellow industry partners and community members.

The Chalmette Classic brings people together for a fun day on the course while supporting the United Way of Southeast Louisiana and the important work they do throughout the community. We’re always glad for the opportunity to connect, give back, and enjoy some time outside the shop!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event a success. We’ll see you on the course next time! 🏌️‍♂️

🏆 Congratulations, JJ Spaun! 🇺🇸

What a finish! Congratulations to JJ Spaun on capturing the 2026 BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth. Spaun closed out the tournament in impressive fashion, making four birdies over his final five holes to finish at 17-under and secure the victory.

September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the countless families and communities forever changed by that day.

9/11 was a day of unimaginable tragedy, but it was also a day that brought Americans together. We stood shoulder to shoulder, united by compassion, courage, and a shared love for our country.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Big coolers. Big capabilities. Big results. 💪🔥

This project called for two large Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, each measuring an impressive 16 feet wide by 55 feet long and weighing approximately 94,000 lbs. That’s a whole lot of cooling power!

Built for wet H₂S (AES) service, these coolers were engineered with:
🔹 HIC-resistant plate,
🔹 2-pass strength welded and PWHT tube to tubesheet joints,
🔹 3-fan configuration with VFD capable 2-speed ABB motors, and
🔹 Manual API 661 aluminum louvers with parallel blades, operated from grade.

And because sometimes the schedule doesn’t wait, these coolers were completed on an expedited basis and shipped to their new home in Borger, Texas. 🚛
