Entrepreneurship can feel very lonely, especially if, for whatever reason, you feel a lot of financial pressure to be successful. But as soon as we start thinking... it's all on me... we end up working from a stress state.

What should you charge for your group program?

I get this question a lot and the answer is simple.

You want to charge as low as you can go without feeling taken advantage of to get it to the marketplace.

In the beginning, users and testimonials are worth more than money.

Getting feedback from people and tweaking the program and building your confidence in it. Is worth more than money.

So if you're at day one in your business, I would do a beta testing group for free or very inexpensive.

Now for me because I've been in business for a while. I might come out and charge like a thousand dollars for a group program, but that's lower than I want to charge. But it's to get people in and to get testimonials, to get proof of concept, to sell it for more later.

And so I don't want you thinking, what is this worth? Okay, because that's not how we price things in the beginning.

In the beginning, we want to price it, to get people in the door, to build your confidence, to build momentum, and then to get those testimonials and then leverage those testimonials to get even more people at a higher price the next round.

Don't have a lot of drama about what the pricing is going to be really just feel into your body. And you'll know. Just keep lowering the number until you're like, no. That feels too low. That feels like people are taking advantage of me. And then just go a little bit above that number.

Later you can charge what it's worth based on the transformation that people are having but for your first launch, you don't even know how successful it's going to be.

Getting people is much more valuable than making money in the first time that I launched something. I hope that's helpful.

Most of us know that there will be bad days in business intellectually... but the way we react to bad days shows us that secretly... we were hoping to only have good days.

If you knew bad days were coming, you'd have a plan for those days.

You'd know exactly what your go-to tools would be to get you out of a funk and keep working...
..or to call it day and start again tomorrow.

In this week's podcast episode, I explain how you can create a Bad Day Protocol so bad days don't catch you off guard.

Let us pray about our businesses. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit.

Come, Holy Spirit.

Come, Holy Spirit.

Show us, Lord.

that we do not need to rush.

That's space and silence is okay.

And that we hear you in the whisper.

We've got to create space and silence to encounter you.

Lord, you know, that. When we sit down to work, we feel the weight of so many things. And our mind is racing. And we

want to work quickly.

Remind us. though that we can have space.

You multiply our efforts.

That you honor, the time that we spend with you. We can slow down and spend time with you.

We ask that you

send down the holy spirit to give us the gift of piety today. Lord.

That, when we really understand who you are.

And when we see the world, the way you see it.

We grow in the virtue of justice.

Justice for ourselves. And for others.

And we know that. Justice is for you. It is your business. To judge. And to me out justice.

But we can grow. In understanding.

Of one, we need your justice.

When are we not being obedient? When are we not showing up the way that you want us to in our businesses? Show us today. Lord.

We want to please, you. And bring glory and honor to you.

Please move our hearts today.

Be louder than our worries and our fears.

Encourage us to create space in silence. So we hear you in the whisper.

We pray this in Jesus's name. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
