Will people ACTUALLY pay you this price?

This is the reality check that we ask every client when helping them set their pricing

Sometimes the answer is NO

Then we have two options
(or do we 😏)

The two most common options:
Don't offer that service at that price
Lower the price and not be as profitable

We prefer a completely different option
Increase the perceived value without increasing the cost of service

3 Sneaky Great Things a Referral Program Does for Your Agency

1️⃣ Gets clients talking about your agency with other potential clients 📣

2️⃣ Gets your employees talking about your agency 📢
(yes your employees should be eligible to participate)

3️⃣ Gets complete strangers talking about your agency 🤯

Getting people (especially people in your "inner circle") to talk to people about the amazing things you are doing at your agency is one of my favorite paths for agencies to achieve Profitable Growth

Posting on social media is good
Running ads to drive traffic is great
Getting everyone around you excited (and incentivized) to refer you business is a non-negotiable in 2023

How much new business do you think you could drive (in the next 60 days) if you offered everyone 3% of the first-year fees on that new deal?

What about 5%?
Or 10%?

If the answer is 5 figures or more you need to do this today

But, the amount you offer needs to work with your pricing
Something as small as a 3% referral fee can be enough for someone to send you a deal worth tens of thousands of dollars
