Big ideas start early.

Our marketing team hosted two students from Pickens High School for a job shadow experience. We wanted to give them a real taste of what we do, so instead of watching from the sidelines, they jumped right in.

Their challenge? Build a campaign from scratch using the 4 P’s of marketing (bonus points if you can name all four). They brainstormed, debated, and presented their final ideas with confidence and creativity that blew us away.

Delivering excellence isn’t just about the work. It’s also about reaching back, sharing what we’ve learned, and helping the next generation find their spark.

From the mountain views to the energy in every session, it was inspiring to see financial technology leaders unite around AFT’s mission to build collective intelligence.
