BUSINESS INCOME TAX Preparation Pricing

Preparation of Corporation, S-Corporation, or Partnership Tax Return on Form 1120, 1120-S, 1165, and supporting schedules.

The tax preparation fee below includes 1 state return and an optional 20-minute Tax Return review meeting conducted by our certified public accountant.

The rates below are our average price range. Your tax return will be completed in approximately 7-14 days.**

S-Corporation = $750 – $1,500
C-Corporation = $750 – $1,500
Partnership = $750 – $1,500
Sch C = $500-$1,500 (filed with personal)

Tax Planning/Consulting session $200 for 50 minutes
$50 for each additional shareholder/partner. $30 for each Fixed Asset. $150 discount for $0 income & $0 expense business that is required to file a tax return.

The IRS officially opens Monday. Returns will no longer be accepted until then. Hub testing ended yesterday.

If you filed and your return was accepted you may see an update on Monday.

If you fall under PATH you WILL NOT see an update on Wheres My Refund (WMR) until PATH lifts on February 15th.

State refunds depends on your specific state. It’s best to check their website for updates.

No need to blow up WMR if you know you fall under PATH.
