Oregon Provider We are an agency that works with individuals that are experiencing intellectual developmental Disabilities for in-home, community and employment supports.

We work partner with Sandy Activity Night for a community outreach program to help the underserved with meals, hygiene and cleaning supplies, coat drives, community dances and karaoke and more.

📍 Location: 38348 Pioneer Blvd, Sandy, OR 97055
⏰ Time: Doors open at 10:30 AM – feel free to arrive early with your client and help us put the magic together for this special event! The dance officially starts at 11:30 AM and runs until 3 PM.
🍰 Bring a sweet side dish to share
🎟 $5 donation or a dish required for raffle entry

We have the dance hall until 3:30 PM, so after the event, you're welcome to stay, chat, dance, and continue the fun while we clean up!

Our Story

DD & MH Provider of Oregon is an Agency that works with people with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities based on there self-directed goals in Multnomah and Clackamas County since 2012. We provider in-home and community supports. We also provider employment supports for ODDS, Vocational Rehabilitation and Oregon Commission for the Blind for people with barriers to employment.
