PNW ECS is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member to support our daily operations.

This role will help with billing, invoicing, receiving, purchase orders, vendor communication, delivery tracking, inventory records, customer service, data entry, reporting, and general office administration.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, accountable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are required, QuickBooks experience is preferred, and experience with epoxy, coatings, concrete, distribution, or industrial supply is a plus.
