...so who’s in your circle every week?

Here are a few of the women who’ve already said yes to the Discipline & Direction Community Group:

Jessica – Executive coach + multi-six figure business owner
Sherri – Holistic health coach focused on functional nutrition
Edith – Marketing agency founder
Anjanette – Barbershop co-owner + product creator
Stephanie – Salon owner launching a mentorship program

This group is stacked with strategy, wisdom, and heart.

It’s more than a container.

It’s accountability. It’s coaching. It’s a mastermind.

And if you're open to it—maybe even a few friendships, too.

We meet weekly. Would love to see you there ⬇️

You don’t need more ambition. You need a better calendar.

Inside my Business Growth Bootcamp, the very first thing I teach is time management.

So I’m sharing the same training I give my students:

1️⃣ Watch the training video: https://youtu.be/4Y3xdBp65rk?si=brMns6ZI8geprhLc

2️⃣ Download the worksheet: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oN3nT41lQMbzdF6DSOGAwXp_XbOdYJPsVGscyvA2ErI/edit?usp=sharing

This is the kind of practical, supportive work we do inside the Discipline & Direction Community Group—where we meet weekly to check in, clear roadblocks, and move our businesses forward.

If you’ve been waiting for a reset, this is it.

This episode wrecked me in the best way: “I don’t need to forgive them… I need to thank them.”

That one line cracked something open in me. You can't take unforgiveness into new seasons. That weight stifles your growth.

I had to start being honest about the part I played in the breakdown of these relationships I was holding on to.

Old bosses. My parents. Myself. And once I stopped blaming and started owning, something shifted.

I began to reframe it all: The hurt. The silence. The tension.

Every single one of those people also taught me something and there were some really beautiful times we shared.

It took honesty. It took healing. It took replacing those patterns with healthier ones. Replacing unhealthily people with loving and honest ones.

But I couldn’t move forward until I let go.

🎧 This episode with Claire Sims is one I’ll be sitting with for a while. Comment below and I'll send you the details.

If you’ve got some people you’re still holding onto, I hope it meets you where you are.

I don’t think most entrepreneurs struggle with ambition. They struggle with their calendar.

Before I created the Discipline & Direction Community Group, I created Business Growth Bootcamp. And the first issue we address?

Time management.

It’s the first thing I talk about with anyone I work with—and I want to give it to you for free.

Links to the training are in the comments.

The best marketing moment of 2025 might not be a reel. It might be a room.

We’re seeing a major shift: from passive scrolling to meaningful showing up. I’m watching brands—big and small—ditch digital-only strategies and go ALL IN on human connection.

The strategy? Be where your people are.

-More trust
-More referrals
-Better data

If you could host one event IRL this year, what would it be?

The thing holding most entrepreneurs back?

It’s not talent.
It’s not passion.
It’s not strategy.

It’s the lack of accountability.

I’ve coached teams. Led bootcamps. Built strategy with entrepreneurs all over the country.

And I’ve noticed a pattern. People stop showing up for themselves when no one is watching.

That’s why I built the Discipline & Direction Community Group.

A space to show up every week and take one aligned action at a time.
With people who get it. Click the link below for details.

If you can raise a family, you can run a business.

You'll never feel ready and the conditions will never be perfect.

You need a vision—and the courage to keep going. So make a plan, stick to it, and keep going through the fear.

When life gives you lemons, you hold a VIP day at Starbucks.

Last weekend, I flew to Atlanta for what was supposed to be a perfectly curated, out-of-town VIP Day. It was my dream scenario—my client flew me in, paid for my time, and we had a clear agenda to work through in person.

Best part? I brought my teenage son to give him a glimpse into my world as an entrepreneur before he heads off on his own next chapter.

But… our reserved meeting space fell through.

Plan B? Also fell through.

So we did what entrepreneurs do—we adapted. We met at Starbucks “just to get started”… and ended up spending 9+ hours building vision, strategy, and momentum for their business over coffees, matchas, pastries, and sticky tables.

Was it ideal? No.

But was it powerful? Absolutely.

This was my fourth VIP Day—and the first one out of town. I’ll never forget it.

Especially because yesterday, my client emailed me and said:

“The team and I found it incredibly refreshing to step back and examine the larger picture of our roadmap and messaging. This was truly one of our best investments this year, and we’re excited to apply these skills and messaging moving forward.”

A reminder that entrepreneurship is about movement, not perfection.

It’s not always pretty—but when you stay flexible and focused, the transformation still happens.

Shameless plug: I’ve got 2 VIP Day spots open in July.

If you’ve been craving clarity, strategy, and real-time feedback from someone with fresh eyes—this might be for you.

I’ll say it plain and simple: no one builds something meaningful by playing it safe.

Your future success is waiting on the other side of that uncomfortable “yes.”

The risk you’re afraid to take? It might be the one that shifts everything.

Take it scared. Take it supported. Just take it.

And if you're ready to take a supported leap of faith, send me a message. I'd love to be part of your next step, no matter how nerve-wracking your next move may be. You're not alone.

If life, business, or everything in between feels a little shaky right now—you’re not alone, and I’ve got you. 🖤

When things feel uncertain, the most powerful thing you can do is come back to your vision. Your vision anchors you. It brings clarity to the chaos and guides your next right step—even when the path isn’t clear.

Because without it, every move can feel like walking a tightrope.

If you’re ready to live and lead with purpose—even in life’s most unpredictable seasons—comment VISION below and I’ll send you the free 3-Step Vision Guide to get started.

Somewhere along the way of growing up, many of us stopped giving ourselves permission to be beginners. As kids, we tried new things without overthinking, without shame, and without worrying who was watching.

But as adults, we start to fear looking silly. We hesitate to try, to stumble, to be seen in the messy middle.

Here’s your reminder: growth doesn’t happen without trying—and trying means being seen. Embrace it.

What’s something you’ve been holding back from starting because of fear?
