We are seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced produce distribution team in Central Florida. This position serves as the communication hub of our operation and requires someone who can multitask effectively, maintain professionalism under pressure, and support daily logistics and driver coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume multi-line phone systems and company cell phones
Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding routes, deliveries, and schedule changes
Monitor and track driver activity and delivery progress
Provide excellent customer service to vendors, clients, and drivers
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative support tasks
Maintain accurate records and update operational information as needed
Support office staff with general clerical and coordination duties
Qualifications
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Geographical knowledge of Central Florida is required
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-oriented
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Previous dispatching, logistics, transportation, or office experience preferred but not required
Schedule
Full-time position
Weekend availability may be required depending on business needs
