Our West Palm Beach Design Team is taking training to the next level!

We sent members of the WPB team to Victaulic’s headquarters in New York for a few days of hands-on training, giving them the opportunity to work directly with the systems and products they design around every day.

Investing in our people means more than classroom training. It means providing real-world opportunities to expand their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and bring that experience back to their teams.

Nothing brings a team together quite like a day at the ballpark!

Our Atlanta Branch employees and their families had an incredible time cheering on the Stripers and enjoying an afternoon together. Events like these are a great reminder that the relationships we build outside of work are just as important as the work we do every day.

Our Miami team recently got together for an employee BBQ, giving everyone a chance to relax, enjoy some great food, and spend time with the people who help make our branch successful every day.

Our Jacksonville Service team recently completed a challenging pipe change out. Years of corrosion and buildup had taken their toll, and getting the system back into service required experience, determination, and a willingness to get dirty.

A big shoutout to Mason and Jordan for tackling the job head on and delivering the kind of work our customers count on every day. The before and after may not always be glamorous, but protecting lives and property rarely is.

This is what a career in fire protection looks like. Real challenges, hands-on work, and the satisfaction of knowing what you do makes a difference.

At our Tampa branch, Employee Apprenticeship Day was more than just training and development. It was a chance to recognize the next generation of leaders in the fire protection industry and spend time together as a team.

From learning and growth to a little friendly competition, the day was a great reminder of the culture we continue to build across Wiginton Fire Systems.

Please join us in congratulating West Palm Foreman Greg Stephens on his retirement!

After 11 years of dedicated service with Wiginton Fire Systems, Greg is leaving behind a lasting impact on our team, our customers, and the fire protection industry. His leadership, hard work, and commitment to excellence have helped mentor others and keep countless people and properties safe over the years.

Yesterday in Charlotte, our team took part in hands-on fall protection and CPR training focused on doing the job the right way and safely.

From classroom instruction to real-world application, our crews worked through proper harness use, equipment inspection, and safe operation of lifts and elevated work platforms, along with CPR techniques and emergency response readiness. Training like this is not just a requirement. It is part of our culture.
At Wiginton Fire Systems, safety is not a box we check. It is how we operate every day on every job.

This week, both our Contract and Service teams participated in CPR and First Aid training led by our Director of Safety, Bill Wienhold.

This training is about more than just checking a box. It is about making sure every employee-owner is prepared to respond when it matters most. Job site safety is not just a priority, it is part of our culture.
