Background
Tim Garmager is a certified* executive coach providing diagnostic/evaluative and leadership advisory services to senior-level executives. Tim's clients are broadly representative of public and private industry, professional services and not-for-profit organizations in the US. He has been providing valuable counsel over the last 28 years as a senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting and as President of his executive leadership consultancy, Garmager Success Coaching.

Tim applies a variety of powerful personal discovery techniques that emerged from, or were shaped by, the field of positive psychology.** Using highly individualized and confidential relationship building--realized through frequent interaction both in-person and telephonically--he helps identify, modify and strengthen personal leadership capabilities.
