He possesses more than 35 years of senior management experience as a managing Partner at Deloitte. A highly regarded human resources, healthcare, and professional services strategist, Tim was recognized for giving confidence to, and gaining the trust of, his executive clients and Partners. Over the past six years he has provided executive coaching, leadership development, and teambuilding services

to individuals and organizations in both the public and private sectors. He coaches his individual clients by focusing on their strengths, and behaviors, in order to be their best selves and accomplish their goals and achieve success. He believes that successful leaders focus on the success of others. Coaching is a one on one interactive relationship that helps people identify and accomplish their personal and professional goals faster than they could on their own. Background
Tim Garmager is a certified* executive coach providing diagnostic/evaluative and leadership advisory services to senior-level executives. Tim's clients are broadly representative of public and private industry, professional services and not-for-profit organizations in the US. He has been providing valuable counsel over the last 28 years as a senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting and as President of his executive leadership consultancy, Garmager Success Coaching.

Means/Methods
