Long before this was a service with a name, it was a Tuesday problem: too many hats, too few boundaries, and an org chart that only made sense to the person who drew it.

So we did it ourselves first. Painfully, honestly, and with a lot of erasing.

What came out of that exercise is what we now run for clients - and what you’re looking at here is the result, several years and several seats later.

Swipe through for the version we don’t usually say out loud.

(P.S. Meet our internal team! We’re missing our very own CoWorqers in these photos. 🥹 Next one, complete cast! 🤞)

Are you one of these?

Five symptoms we hear on almost every call. Swipe and count how many are you. (Be honest, nobody's watching.)

Three or more and it's not a people problem — it's a design problem. The seat was never designed, so nobody could ever fill it.

Hire With CoWorq is your HR business partner: we design the seat, define the outcomes, and place a vetted professional into a role that actually holds.

We don't place workers. We build teams, alongside you.

Check the difference:

Hiring asks "who can take this off my plate?"

Architecting asks "what structure gets us where we're going?"

If one role covers scheduling, client comms, ops, marketing, and sales... that's not a role. That's three functions in a trench coat.

Hire when the seat exists and the outcome is clear. Architect when you've hit a new ceiling and nobody owns the outcome.

Get it wrong and then you pay twice: two hires for one gap + structure debt (and that's harder to fix later)

Hire to stop the bleeding. Architect to close the wound.

There are only two reasons anyone ever adds a person to a business: you're in pain and need it to stop, or you have a goal and need a team that can reach it.

The first is hiring. The second is architecting.

They look identical from the outside, both end with someone new on your payroll. But hiring asks "who can take this off my plate?" Architecting asks "what structure gets us where we want to go?"

Businesses that plateau are usually hiring when they should be architecting. Four questions before you post that job description:

→ What happens in 12 months if you change nothing?
→ Can you name the outcome this person would own, not the tasks?
→ Have you tried to hire this role before?
→ How many functions is the job description actually asking for?

Hire to stop the bleeding. Architect to close the wound.

You know the moment. Nine minutes into a call, you realize you had the wrong company in your head.

That's not laziness. That's not you slipping. Prep is the one job with nowhere to go but back to you. Every time.

So we stopped waiting for someone to fix it and built the seat that does the digging.

Meet Dex the Digger.

He reads your calendar. He digs on your guest and their company before you even ask. He remembers what you talked about last time, so repeat clients never feel like strangers. He sends you one digest, every call, before you walk in.

Yesterday he was a silhouette. Today he's live.

Never a call you walk into cold again.

Free setup. First month free too. You only start paying $49/month on month two. Code STARTDIGGING.

Your best hour today went to a background check on a stranger.

You know the drill. A call on the calendar, and there you are the morning of, piecing together who they are and why they're even on your schedule. One of your sharpest hours, spent before the day's begun.

We got tired of it too. So we built something.

1 day to go. Stay tuned.

There's a science to building a team.

Most people build theirs by accident. A fire here, a fast hire there, until one day it just stops scaling.

We broke the whole thing down. What Team Architecture actually is, and the four core teams every business needs to scale.

You get about three good thinking hours a day. This morning, you spent one of them digging up someone before a call.

And it's never just one. Five calls means five people to research, five companies to figure out, five "wait, what did we talk about last time." Your sharpest hour, gone before the day even starts, on work that isn't the work.

The prep isn't the warm-up to the meeting. For you, it is the meeting. And you're spending your best hours on it instead of in it.

We've been quietly building something for this.

She reads your inbox, catches what's worth money, and drafts the reply in your voice. Nothing sends without you. One deal she catches pays for a year of her.

This is the last window. Use code CODA99 at checkout before midnight.
