Some notifications are never easy to receive.
Today, another client was declined for life insurance.
Not because they didn’t want to protect their family.
Not because they couldn’t afford it.
But because their health history no longer met the insurance company’s underwriting guidelines.
Moments like this always make me pause.
It’s also why I often encourage people to consider getting at least one life insurance policy while they’re still healthy and insurable.
Life insurance isn’t something you buy after you need it.
It’s something you put in place while you still have the opportunity.
Please don’t wait until your health changes.
By then, even if you want coverage, it may no longer be an option.
Wishing everyone good health—and hoping no one ever has to receive a letter like this. ❤️
