We are excited to announce several major Underwriting Guideline Enhancements, effective immediately!

Reduced Reserve Requirements: Funds to Close & Reserves - Asset seasoning requirement reduced from 60 days down to 30 days.

Expanded Asset Eligibility: Cryptocurrency - Vested cryptocurrencies are now acceptable assets for reserve requirements.

Increased Maximum Cash-Out Limits (Consumer Purpose Loans Only): Unlimited Cash-Out now permitted up to 70% LTV. For LTVs above 70%, the maximum cash-out limit has doubled from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
