This past Friday, we were thrilled to host a company outing with our team and our valued partners at HUB International. From the incredible turnout to the delicious food, dessert cart, refreshing drinks, and great conversations, the night was filled with fun and connection!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a memorable success. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Last week, we kicked off Quarter 2 with great energy by acknowledging and discussing our first quarter performance, made possible by everyone’s efforts and teamwork—a special shoutout to our incredible service team, whose dedication and excellence were recognized with well-deserved awards. The event was filled with laughter and connection as we enjoyed a fun game together, followed by a delicious team lunch at a Brazilian Steakhouse. It was the perfect way to reflect on our achievements, appreciate one another, and head into this quarter feeling motivated, connected, and excited for what’s ahead!

Our Annual Meeting delivered exactly what it should - clarity, momentum, and a little fun along the way.
We gathered over dinner to connect and celebrate, after reflecting on last quarter’s performance and setting goals that will shape the year ahead. The DISC and Enneagram session on Friday morning with Kristin Hazzard sparked great conversations and gave us a fresh perspective on how we collaborate across teams.
Each department closed out the event with its own team-building experience, from mini golf and perfumery to golfing and time at Disney California Adventure Park.
A sincere thank you to our out-of-state team members who traveled to join us. Time together makes all the difference, and we’re stepping into the year aligned and energized!
