Optimum HR kicked off Q4 with a fun-filled company meeting! 🎃

We took time to reflect on our successes, discuss challenges from the previous quarter, and look ahead to future opportunities. We also celebrated our team's hard work and dedication with special awards and recognized well-deserved promotions!

The day was filled with Halloween spirit as our team showed off their creativity in a costume contest, enjoyed delicious burgers from In-N-Out, and spent quality time connecting with one another.

It was a wonderful reminder of the amazing team and culture we've built together. Thank you to our OC team for coming out! Here's to finishing the year strong and making Q4 a great one! 🎉

Last week, we kicked off Q3 with a company meeting to celebrate our successes, reflect on the challenges we overcame, and align for the quarter ahead. ⚾ Fantastic evening at Angel Stadium ⚾
